The Eagle House Hotel
Steeped in local history, the Eagle House Hotel provides a magnificent backdrop for our scientific explorations. Our sessions usually start around 7pm. If you arrive earlier you can enjoy the building's Georgian character and charm where the weight of the past meets the curiosity of the future, offering a relaxed atmosphere that encourages open dialogue and community connection over coffee, refreshments or an evening meal.

Parking: There is some street parking in front of the hotel but this is usually full.
The hotel car park has a steep entrance on the left before you get to the hotel on the Tower Street. Please be aware that Castle Street operates a one-way system.
Public Transport: The venue is centrally located in Launceston, easily accessible from the Westgate Street bus stops.
Walking: It is probably just as easy to park nearby either in the Walk or Methodist car parks and walk down to the hotel. Or from the Town Square via Launceston Castle.
